Outsiders Outlook offers a ranking policy for our team members. Anything you do on the site will grant a bonus to your rank.
Agenda Objective | 2.0 Points | Any task that was assigned to you and was marked as completed is awarded two points. |
Uploaded Asset | 2.0 Points | All uploads using the asset uploader utility wizard are given two points. This utility is a screen that is a part of agenda objectives and projects for content created by the end-user. This does not include uploaded content in the WYSIWYG editor/text editor. |
Blog Post | 3.0 Points | We offer three points for a blog post because these are run and managed by the end-user without intervention or oversight. These are provided free by the end-user and no payment is received for this effort. There is an 1100 word count minimum per blog post to receive these points. |
Forum Threads | 1.0/2.0 Points | Threads or replies are rewarded one or two points depending on word count. There is a minimum of 600 words to receive these points. |
Messaging | 0.5 Points | Private Messages or Direct Messages are given only 0.5 as participation and must be over 300 words long to receive credit. |
Wiki Article | 1.0 Point | The content in this section is given only one point because it is paid content. However we normally write on one site to publish to another, therefore two points are given to Agenda Objectives as compensation for this. |
As a disclaimer, this policy is up to the discretion of Outsiders Outlook and can be modified at any time including termination. This is a bonus program only and not a guarantee by Outsiders Outlook or our end-user.
Our ranking system adds modifiers to your base salary. These values go up as your rank goes up gradually increasing your payments per agenda objective.
Rank deprecation: After 60 days of inactivity, paid members of the team will slowly start to decrease in rank. Depreciation occurs for each day you are not active on the team. The rate of attrition is 0.15 points per day.
Promotional Delay: There is a two-week delay on all rank promotions. All invoice/payable items are generated at the current rank level salary marker when an objective is assigned.
Ribbons, Medals, & Dog Tags are also given out to end-user who have passed a threshold mile marker. You can use these to see who has experience in different areas of our site and Outsiders Outlook services.
